Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and air handling units.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in HVAC preferred.
• Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses as required by state regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
