This position is accountable for providing exceptional data focused support to RSMs, Brokers, and the Amwins Connect sales team through a high level of professionalism, a consistently positive attitude and a proactive, energetic approach toward completion of internal sales support tasks. This position works closely with the NBA team to assist in processing Amwins Connect new business. This role effectively collaborates across all areas to ensure a positive customer experience that leads to sales results. Responsibilities:
  • Data management into a variety of output formats and systems
  • Upload and manipulate enrollment data files (both CSV and PDF)
  • Perform data analysis and convert data into workbooks
  • Create pre-formatted spreadsheets using digitized data and PDF data
  • Create and transmit EDI/API output
  • Create post sale final rate quotes using carrier quoting engines.
  • Submission of groups to carrier (portal and non-portal)
  • Appointment checks
  • Finalization process to close out business in CRM
  • Salesforce data maintenance
  • Provides internal and external customers with timely, solution-orientated responses to their business needs
  • Qualifications and Licenses:
    • Carrier guideline knowledge preferred
    • Proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Outlook, intermediate Excel, MS teams
    • Web based audio/video conferencing
    • Salesforce experience preferred
    • EaseCentral experience preferred
    • University degree preferred

    Experience:
    • 0-2 years of related experience; or equivalent of education and experience
    • Insurance agency experience is preferred
    • Professional customer service experience strongly preferred
    • Understanding of underwriting guidelines preferred
