We're seeking a full-time Inside Sales & Support Specialist based in Vernon Hills, IL. In this hybrid customer service and inside sales role, you’ll support our customers and retail partners with care, professionalism, and a focus on growth.

Note: BaxterBoo, a pet-focused brand, is also part of our company portfolio and may not be part of this role’s day-to-day responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

• Provide responsive, friendly customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Support and grow B2B relationships with yoga studios, gyms, wellness centers, and retailers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products that enhance the customer experience and increase order value.
• Process orders, returns, quotes, and special requests accurately and efficiently.
• Proactively follow up on open orders, incomplete transactions, and leads.
• Track and manage customer engagement using our CRM and reporting tools.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth operations from order to delivery.
• Stay current on product lines and promotions to confidently educate and assist customers.
• Occasionally represent the brand at trade shows or local events.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support.
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with CRM and customer service software platforms.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive mindset.
• Interest in yoga, wellness, or conscious living is a big plus.

• Salary : $47,000–$50,000/year (based on experience)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at a desk/computer for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
