Job Title: Inventory Coordinator (Tool Room)
Location: Butler, New Jersey

Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $17.75 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 7-3:30p, Mon-Fri

Description:

• Prepare set-up tool kits using setup schedule, production schedule and Bill of Tools CN-FR-005
• Sort returned inserts for repeated internal use and outside recycling program.
• Maintain inventory to ensure that tools needed for scheduled orders are available and being ordered.
• Perform monthly CNC Tooling Cost Analysis and report to the manager.
• Select, negotiate and obtain quotes from multiple Tooling suppliers.
• Fill out and submit purchase requisitions for tooling supplies.
• Assist employees with choosing and locating right tools.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a  plus!
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Basic Math Skills required – measuring/use of calculator
• Microsoft Office Experience – Word, Excel, Database, Outlook
• Familiar with using measuring instruments such as calipers.
• Familiarity with cutting metals strongly preferred.
