Your Role: Media Buyer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Media Buyer to help drive client success through effective media planning, negotiation, and campaign management. This role offers exposure to various forms of media, and we're looking for someone eager to learn and grow in an omni-channel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Oversee media placements, set up campaigns, and monitor performance using industry platforms.
Performance Analysis: Track delivery and performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Media Planning: Research pricing, market conditions, and competitive trends to develop strategic media plans.
Negotiation & Buying: Manage media buys across digital and traditional channels, ensuring cost-effectiveness and impact.
Local & National Media Oversight: Lead campaigns within local and national cable TV, as well as digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Technology & Data Utilization: Work within platforms like STRATA and Bionic to build and execute campaigns, reconcile invoices, and improve reporting processes.
Vendor & Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with media sales representatives and collaborate closely with internal teams to meet campaign goals.
Budget Management: Track client budgets, provide spending updates, and ensure cost efficiency throughout campaigns.
Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with evolving media trends and emerging opportunities to enhance campaign performance.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in media buying.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in DCM, STRATA, and Microsoft Office.
Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and develop in an omni-channel media environment.
Collaboration Skills: Team player with strong communication abilities and a passion for innovation.
Organization & Agility: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape.
