We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Position Summary: Responsible for day to day activities of directing, controlling, and coordinating all operations. Liaison between distribution center and sales center management to ensure timely and accurate deliveries in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Duties/Responsibilities - Manage execution of day to day operations of both labor and other operating expense budgets
- Assist in the establishment, analysis and submission of annual departmental budgets
- Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members
- Maintain collaborative relationships with other departments in order to achieve goals and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to Company standards and policies in addition to all regulatory requirements
- Support and implement Company initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety metrics
- Proactively improve process functioning and strive for enhanced levels of efficiency
- Ensure the safeguard and security of Company assets
- Ability to work as a hands-on manager and operated with limited direction
- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
Qualifications Education/Experience: - High school diploma or GED Required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Preferred
- 1+ years of warehouse/inventory experience
- 1+ years of consumer products/direct store delivery sales experience
- 3+ years of previous Supply Chain/Operations supervisory experience in a related industry
- Experience managing people and budgets
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
Required Skills/Abilities - Class A CDL or ability to obtain one is required; must be able to meet all DOT physical requirements

Work Environment: Works in air-conditioned office and warehouse environment

Job Status: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Salary/Exempt
Work Schedule: M-F 7:00 am to 5:00 pm; extended days and hours as needed
