Job Description This role involves collaborating with the Superintendent to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Daily responsibilities will include reviewing blueprints and specifications, scheduling tasks, supervising complex plumbing installations, and ensuring quality and timelines while using hand and power tools. This person will be training team members, accurately completing reports, and overseeing daily construction activities, including the planning and installation of plumbing and medical gas systems in compliance with all relevant standards. Skills and Requirements - Certified Journeyman Plumber  - At least 3 years of commercial foreman experience  - Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations  - Ability to lead and delegate tasks to crew  - Ability to read blueprints, labels, safety warnings, and guidelines Underground, over-head rough setting fixtures, water supply and drainage, gas, piping, and other plumbing systems.
