This role is essential for ensuring the highest quality of legal software products built on the Salesforce platform. As a QA Engineer, you will design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies—including both manual and automated tests—to guarantee product reliability and performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle. Accountabilities:

• Write, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test plans for new features and product updates.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using modern frameworks to support continuous testing.
• Identify, report, and track defects, providing clear recommendations for product improvements.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Perform risk assessments and impact analyses for software applications.
• Manage multiple testing projects independently while ensuring clear communication of priorities.
• Work closely with Customer Support to triage and resolve complex application issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in QA roles with solid expertise in both manual and automated testing.
• Proven ability to write test cases, build test plans, and execute testing processes effectively.
• Hands-on experience with modern automation tools such as Playwright or Cypress.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic Agile/Scrum environment with a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear articulation of issues and impact.
• Ability to coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and projects.

Preferred skills:

• Experience with Cypress and Playwright (2+ years).
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and associated debugging and test management tools.
• Proficiency in SQL queries for test data creation.
