Job Description

About Us

At LegalOn, we’re redefining how legal work gets done. Too often, legal teams are slowed down by repetitive, manual contracting tasks. We’re eliminating that busywork, freeing people to think, decide, and lead their businesses forward.

As the global leader in legal AI for contracting, we serve over 7,000 companies and firms worldwide. Our software pairs cutting-edge AI with deep legal expertise to identify contract risks, make precise redlines, and organize contract data, eliminating hours of manual work that delays deals and increases risk.

We are building the most trusted and beloved brand in legal technology, and we want ambitious and driven individuals to join us. If you are eager to grow your career through performance, capability, and impact, you will thrive at LegalOn.

Role Overview:

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll shape how legal teams understand and experience LegalOn’s products. You’ll own the product narrative, including messaging, positioning, and content that clearly communicates our value and differentiates us in the fast-growing, rapidly changing legal AI market.

You will lead product launches and go-to-market strategy, ensuring our innovations reach the right audiences with clarity and impact. You will also create and refine product-focused assets such as webpages, videos, announcements, and sales collateral that drive adoption and empower our sales teams.

This role is ideal for a product marketer who combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach. You will be at the center of LegalOn’s GTM strategy, partnering with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver messaging that resonates with buyers, strengthens our market position, and accelerates growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product launches and campaigns: Plan and execute launches, feature announcements, and campaigns across channels and touchpoints.
  • Own product-related assets: Drive the creation of product webpages, videos, landing pages, illustrations, and other content in partnership with design and content marketing.
  • Create sales enablement materials and training: Deliver one-pagers, pitch decks, battle cards, and demo scripts, and partner with sales leadership to deliver product training and competitive insights.
  • Define ICPs and buyer personas: Deeply understand our ideal customer profiles and target personas, including in-house legal teams, legal operations, contract managers, and law firms, and use these insights to shape messaging, GTM strategy, and roadmap input.
  • Develop positioning and messaging: Create, test, and refine differentiated frameworks that clearly articulate product value, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct market and competitive research: Monitor competitors and broader trends in legal AI to inform strategy, messaging, and product roadmap.
  • Support integrated campaigns and brand alignment: Partner with marketing teams (content, design, demand gen, and events) to amplify launches and ensure consistency across channels and brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and leadership: Work closely with product, sales, sales development, customer success, and the executive team to align GTM strategy and drive adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within high-growth B2B technology or the legal sector.
  • Proven track record for executing successful product launches and driving campaigns and go-to-market efforts
  • Exceptional writing and visual communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives and content tailored for various audiences and channels.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Extremely detail oriented and outstanding project management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Data-driven and analytical with the ability to observe and synthesize complex and often conflicting input related to customer behavior and marketing metrics
  • Strategic and results-oriented mindset, capable of prioritizing and driving multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

  • Flexible work arrangements: for applicants in the Bay Area we offer a hybrid work model with an office in the heart of San Francisco. For others, we embrace a remote working environment.
