As a Tow Truck Operator, you’ll be the hero of the day for our customers, providing essential roadside assistance and towing services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Safely operating tow trucks to assist with vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or relocations. - Responding promptly to service calls and providing excellent customer service. - Ensuring vehicles are handled with care and transported securely. - Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of your assigned tow truck. - Communicating effectively with dispatch and team members.
We’re searching for someone who brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. While no prior experience is required, here’s what will set you up for success: - A valid driver’s license (chauffeurs license will become mandatory as well as passing a DOT physical). - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. - A professional, customer-focused demeanor. - Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job. - A self-motivated and engaged personality – we value team players who take pride in their work!
