For more information, visit: Responsibilities: Plan and manage all aspects of transportation projects.Independently coordinate the work of engineers and balance the project delivery team throughout the entire project's developmentEstablish client relations and be involved with marketing and proposal development, contractual matters, design and production meetingsParticipate in reviews with various governing agencies for code complianceConduct work sessions for design development and contract documents in conjunction with staff from other technical disciplinesCoordinate workload throughout entire project development and ensure completion of deliverables on scheduleTrack and manage project budgetsProficiency and experience utilizing software applications (e.g., MicroStation, Open Roads, Civil-3D, etc.) with minimal to no guidanceMentor staff Qualifications: 10+ years of experienceBachelor of Science in related field (M.S. is preferred)PE licensure or Professional Surveyors LicenseWVDOT Transportation Engineering Technician Certification (TRETCNO) a plusExperience with WVDOH, AML, and USACE requiredExperience with County and municipal clients a plusQuality control quality assurance, and project management experience is requiredExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Excellent organizational skillsPositive attitude and good work ethic with a desire to work in a collaborative environment
