Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team at Tu Tu' Tun Lodge. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that delight our guests and enhance their dining experience. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional food and service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
• Assist in the management of kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
• Participate in menu planning and development of new dishes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences.
