Gumastadhara Certificate
The Gujarat Shops and Establishment Act 1948 earlier called the Bombay Shops and Establishment Act 1948, It came into force on 11th of January 1949, on the basis of Mr. Shantilal Shah Committee Report. The main objective of the Act as given in the Preamble of the bare text is to consolidate and amend the law relating to the regulation of conditions of work and employment in shops, commercial establishments, residential hotels, restaurants, eating houses, theatres, other places of public amusement or entertainment and other establishments.

- Name of Employer/owner of Shop.
- Type of Business Ex. Stationary, Tea & Coffee Shop, Pan etc.
- Address of Shop: Address where shop located for communication.
- Address of Employer/Owner of Shop: residential Address for communication.
- Municipal Serve Number
- other information required as per the Shopex Act or shop and establishment Act.

- Office Rent Agreement/Index Copy
- Office Tax Bill
- Office Electricity Bill
- Pan card of firm
- Proprietor/Partner/ Director PAN Card and Election / DL
- 4 Passport size photographs of Proprietor/Partner/ Director
- AMC (Home Property Tax Bill)
- Rent Agreement (In case of house on rent)
- Home Electricity Bill of Proprietor/Partner/ Director
